By accessing or using Selah and Salt Home™ (the "Platform"), operated by Selah & Stone Legacy Holdings ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Selah and Salt Home is a faith-rooted family platform that enables users to capture, preserve, and share family recipes through voice recording, photo upload, and handwritten digitization. The Platform may also offer printed heirloom cookbook production, family connection experiences, and weekly wellness reports.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Platform.
To join the waitlist or create an account, you must provide accurate information including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including voice recordings, photographs, recipe text, and personal stories ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.
Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies will be posted at the time subscriptions become available.

All Platform branding, design, software, and non-user content are the property of Selah & Stone Legacy Holdings. "Selah and Salt Home" is a trademark of the Company. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payments), and cloud storage providers. We are not responsible for the terms or practices of these third-party services.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selah & Stone Legacy Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, recipes, or recordings.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your User Content within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
